SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our group training sessions are designed to be fun and challenging for all fitness levels. Each session is led by Marie and limited to a maximum of 3 people to ensure personalised attention and proper form. Whether you're looking to increase your strength, improve your cardiovascular endurance, or simply feel more energised, our group training sessions have got you covered.

Online 1-1 Coaching
Individually designed programmes. Nutrition advice, monthly coaching call along with Bi-Weekly online check in. Unlimited support to ask questions & receive feedback. Optional in-person coaching sessions can also be included.

ONE2ONE
Marie's one-to-one personal training sessions are tailored to your individual needs and fitness goals. She will work with you to create a customised plan that takes into account your current fitness level, any injuries or limitations you may have, and your desired outcomes. With Marie's guidance and support, you will be amazed at what you can achieve.
